For the majority of us, this COVID-19 pandemic is uncharted territory. Now that we can't gather in person for Sunday services, we need to do ministry in a whole new way. Some churches had a few people watch their services online, but now they need everyone to do it. Many have had an absolute crash course in the last 7 days in how to have an online church.

If we're honest, we acknowledge that this situation will likely be around for many more weeks, but it will eventually come to an end. That leaves us with a few things to consider:

1) What are you doing now to engage your community in a safe new way?

2) When this ends, will your church be ready to invite people back?

3) While you have this break, are there any changes you want to make in your Guest Ministry or church at large?

Here are some resources that will help you along the way:

Online Invitation Package

The Online Invitation Package is a blend of the digital and real worlds combined. The package includes postcards for inviting your community to your online services and also digital graphics for your facebook, instagram and webpages.

Custom Banners

People may not be entering your building right now, but they are still driving by it. Some may even still attempt to attend your weekend services. Greet them with a custom banner guiding them to where they can watch your services online.

 Acts of Kindness Campaign

Until we can invite people to our weekend services, we still have opportunities to make their lives better, show them love and encourage them to engage our churches online with an Acts of Kindness campaign.

Yard Signs

In a season of social distancing, giving your members yard signs can be a great way to spread awareness of your church to people who likely aren't leaving their neighborhoods anytime soon.

A-Frame Signs

If your church is hosting a meal pickup site or organizing some sort of feeding program, guide people where they need to go with these durable A-frame signs.

This season WILL end! Set your church up for success when guests return with these tools:

Flag Banners

When our churches open up to weekend services again, make sure the community knows it when brand new flag banners!

Welcome Packets

When guests return, how will you give people answers to the questions they’re asking, and also the questions they haven’t yet asked, but soon will? Guest Welcome Packets are a great tool for answering all the questions that do not come up in a face-to-face conversation while a guest is visiting your church.

Connect Cards

More than likely, you've found out over the last couple of weeks that having up-to-date records of who is attending your services and how often is incredibly important. When life normalizes, add connect cards to your weekly church experience for everyone.

Colorflare Pen

It’s hard to ask someone to fill out a connect card without giving them a pen. 500 customized ColorFlare pens are only $175.00. Need we say more?
