Design Fees are the cost associated with customizing a product to have your logo, pictures, colors, branding or other information needed to complete your order. These fees are typically a one-time charge as we retain all artwork for future orders. Paying a design fee does not mean you own the designs after the project is over. It is simply for the time our designers spend customizing your order for your specific organization. Any logos, pictures or designs you provide to us remain your intellectual property.

A setup fee is the cost associated with the creation of a die, plate, screen, or other consumable that is specific to your organization and product that is used to print your logo or information on your desired item. Setup fees are charged on each product you order, as each product has a different size imprint, different imprint techniques and also different equipment used for various products. Setup fees are not the same as design fees, which are charged for the time spent designing your artwork. Repeat orders within 12 months can result in a discounted setup fee, so make sure to ask about it when we contact you to confirm your order.
