Bellfort selected our Fellowship of the Nations Design Style. They supplied their own photos which our designers added to the folder to truly make the welcome packet their own. They decided to use only 4 of the 6 available inserts and customized the content to suit their needs. Bellfort worked closely with our designer until they had a completely customed welcome packet.

1) Tell us about your church

Bellfort Church of Christ is located in Houston Texas. We've been at our facility for over 50 years and have around 350-400 members.

2) What do you like most about working with Equip?

I was pleased with how patient Derrick (graphic designer) was during the design process. It was important for me to work with someone who paid attention to detail. I had an idea in mind and he helped bring it to life! All work was done in a prompt, professional manner.

3) What advice would you give to a church just starting a Guest Ministry?

  • Make sure you have people working within the ministry who are welcoming and who represent Christ first and display the loving personality of your congregation.
  • Make sure they are knowledgeable of all information included in the welcome packets in the event the guests have questions.
  • Have a follow- up plan! (How will the visitor cards be collected and/or stored, who will contact the guests, what additional information about your church would you like to have shared during contact, how will the information obtained during contact with the guest be collected and stored for future follow up, etc.)
