1. What sizes are your welcome folders?

We have four different sizes of Welcome Folder: 4” x 9”, 6” x 9”, 6” x 6” and 6-Squared, an innovative, top opening welcome folder.








2. Can the folders be customized?

Absolutely! All of our Welcome packets are designed and printed in house, meaning you have full control over the design. We can customize all of our welcome packets with your colors, logos, pictures and information.








3. What sizes are the inserts?

The inserts are either 3.75” wide or 5.75” wide, and are staggered in height, based on the size of your folder.








4. Can the inserts be customized?

Absolutely! None of the inserts are pre-printed so you’re never stuck with generic information. Everything is customized for you, when you order it.








5. Can the business card be used for someone other than the pastor?

Yes! Because everything is custom printed for you, just let us know what information should be on the cards.








6. Can we provide our own designs for the welcome packet?

Absolutely! All of our products can be customized with your own designs. If you have a designer on staff, we can supply product specs so you can completely design your own material.

8. Will I receive a proof before you print my order?

Yes. After we receive all your information we will put together a proof and email it to you as a pdf file. You will then have the opportunity to review the proof and let us know about any changes that need to be made. Nothing is printed until we have your final approval.








9. How many proofs do I get with my order?

Once we receive all your information you will receive an initial email, pdf proof, and up to 2 additional pdf proofs based on revisions you request. After the 2nd revision proof, additional proofs are $15.00 each, along with any additional setup charges incurred based on the revisions you request.








10. Can you mail me one packet to review before sending the rest of the job?

On request, we can mail you one of your completely customized welcome packets before completing and shipping the entire order. There is an additional, non refundable charge of $100 for this service.








11. Do you require a deposit before you design my job?

Because everything we do is customized for you, we do require a non-refundable deposit before we begin designing your job. If the estimated total of your order is less than $75, the entire estimated total is due before we begin designing your job. If the estimated total for your job exceeds $75, then a non-refundable deposit of $75 is due before we begin designing your job.








12. Are there setup charges?

Setup charges are determined by the amount and complexity of the work you request, and can range from $0 - $150. Typically, setup charges for a complete welcome packet are $50.00. This is subject to change based on your specific artwork.








13. How much is shipping?

Shipping is determined by how much you order and how quickly you want to receive your order. Typically, shipping is from $16-$75. When we design your job and email you a proof, we will include shipping costs at that time.








14. I want to customize my order. What file types do you accept?

Information for insert sheets and business cards can be sent in Microsoft Word, PDF or Adobe InDesign files. Logos, can be sent as jpeg, png, eps, ai or pdf files. Pictures should be full size, original png or jpeg images. For best results, please send your logo as an eps, ai or pdf file.








15. How do I pay for my order?

When you place your order on our website, we do not collect any payment information at that time. We will contact you after we receive your order to discuss payment options with you. You can also call us with that information at 866-654-6127. Your credit card or checking account will not be charged until we review your order and discuss it with you.








16. How long does it take to get my order?

From the time you approve artwork, officially, our turnaround time is 10 business days. Unofficially, as fast as we can produce and ship it to you. If you require your products sooner than 10 business days, let us know and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your schedule. Depending on your order, rush charges may apply.








17. Do you save my information for future orders?

Absolutely! All artwork and files you submit to us are archived for future use.








18. How do I make changes in the future?

You can call us at 866-654-6127, to talk about your order and changes that need to be made. If necessary, we’ll have you email changes to us and we’ll send back a new proof.








19. Can I return my order?

Because each order is customized specifically for you, all sales are final. There are no refunds or credits. If there is a physical defect in your printed material, you must notify us within 10 business days of receiving your order. Upon confirmation that there is a defect in your order, we will reprint an exact copy of the defective items and ship them to you. At our discretion, we may require you to return your defective products for our review. If we request that you return the defective items, you must return them within 15 business days (at your own expense) or we will charge you for the replacement items. All charges related to expediting printing (rush charges or additional shipping) are non refundable, including orders that are returned for any reason.








20. Can you customize these packets for use other than welcoming visitors to a church?

21. Can your copyright be removed from the back of your Welcome Folders?

At Equip Ministry Resources we work very hard to create designs that are unique and beneficial to our customers. Because of the uniqueness of our products and our desire to protect our intellectual property, we place a copyright on all of our Welcome Folders. We do not remove this copyright for any reason.
